The Grinberg method provides a structured way to use the intelligence of our body. Through touch, breathing, and focused attention, your body regains the ability to regain and redistribute energy to use where it is most needed for well-being and fulfillment of one's potential.

The method can help you cure illness, injury or pain. It can be used for personal development, such as improving talents, or improving concentration, strength, and willpower. It helps you break out of limiting behavioral and emotional routines that keep coming back. You can learn how to break out of things you do not want and that you can not find a way out of.

The success depends very much on your personal contribution. The more self-responsibility, attention, breathing and participation you contribute, the more you will benefit from the process.
