Benjamin (26), January 2018:
My goal was to sustainably get rid of my fear of having panic attacks and of the symptoms that go along with that fear. After a few meetings, I had learned how to be attentive to my feelings and body language. Connected with that, I have learned to accept my fears and thoughts so that they can stop. As further results have since neither headache, dizziness nor numbness in the fingers and legs, and breathing is easier and I can better focus and concentrate. I'm curious to learn more about personal development in this context.
