Individual training

Your Individual Training

We offer you the most individualised form of our training in one-to-one sessions. You and your practitioner work together towards a common goal. If the process is successful, you will notice changes very quickly (e.g. pain level, ability to concentrate, more energy, better relationships, general well-being). As a client, your willingness to learn and break out of lifelong habits, as well as your curiosity and interest, play an important role in the progress and duration of the process. We often observe lasting changes in a learning process after 10-12 sessions.

We offer individual trainings:

  • On site session: Touch supports the training of body awareness and helps you to relax deeply more quickly. Sessions take place in our center.
  • Online session: The physical separation between you and your practitioner means that you learn to take responsibility for your routines more quickly. The sessions are held via Zoom.

Procedure of a session

Each person is unique and each of us has different abilities, experiences and reactions to pain and stressful situations. Although two people may complain of back pain, the experience will not be the same for both. Based on this observation, the practitioner adapts his/her approach to the person he/she is working with. However, the structure of the sessions in the individual process remains the same and is identical for online and on-site sessions.

An individual session usually lasts 1 hour. In the first session, your goal is defined together with the practitioner and your current state will be defined by a foot analysis. The subsequent sessions begin with a brief discussion after which, work is done directly on your body. You will gradually learn to end patterns that stand in the way of achieving your goal. A session ends with a short rest, in which you give your body the opportunity to digest and integrate the new experiences.
